Role overview

• Practical work in the administration of a university

• Willingness to familiarize oneself with a challenging and large, but varied area

• In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Enthusiasm for daily work with the student administration system and willingness to become familiar with the complex and diverse field of study operations

• Saddle Festival in German or English (verbal and written) as well as good knowledge of the other language (C1), French is advantageous

• Team player, conscientious and pragmatic, service- and solution-oriented

• You work user-oriented, quality you have in the blood

Requirements

• Challenging and long-term varied work in a university environment with customer contact from 8 faculties and university further education

• Work in a small team with short decision-making paths, no pikettdienst

• Workplace centrally located (university administrative building near the main railway station)
