define project goals and risks, define strategic foundations (flow planning, settlement models, process steps) and lead interdisciplinary project organisations

Application process
- planning, application and management of personnel and financial resources as well as legally compliant management of project credits according to the Financial Budget Act
- ensure effective cooperation with users, operators, planners, entrepreneurs and consultants in the interest of:
- the building estate of the Federal Government
- execution of procurement procedures according to BoeB/VoeB as well as ensuring an effective project-related quality management and controlling
- recognized degree as architect, civil engineer or equivalent training in the construction sector
- multi-year experience in the overall management of complex construction projects as well as in sound practice in the client representation
- proven competence in the planning of the project (quality, costs, dates) and knowledge in the public procurement sector (BoeB/VoeB)
