- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in investment banking, asset management, or wealth management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry, preferably in investment banking, asset management, or wealth management
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, instruments, and markets
Application process
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, trading platforms, risk engines, or core banking applications
- Practical knowledge of enterprise data architecture and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant data structures
- Prior experience in large-scale transformation programmes is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced PowerPoint skills for storytelling and visualisation are highly valued
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira/Confluence experience) and iterative development approaches
- Solid grasp of SDLC and project management methodologies, with hands-on involvement in testing, UAT, and system go-live activities
- A self-driven and proactive personality, with the ability to take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision
- Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities with resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset Fluent in English;
