- Leadership and coaching skills, previous leadership experience required
- Several years of experience in managing and/or delivering Banking Operations processes
Key requirements
- Leadership and coaching skills, previous leadership experience required
- Several years of experience in managing and/or delivering Banking Operations processes
- Experience in client tax reporting or corporate actions is a plus
- Curiosity to get deep understanding of the business processes to identify improvements Project management experience
- Process engineering, process automation, data analytics
- Strong Analytical skills to understand and resolve complex problems
- University education (or equivalent academic degrees) in Business, Finance, Data Engineering or similar
- Fluent in English and good German skills would be a plus
- Data and Tech literacy for Data analytics, Data Modeling experience would be a plus
