Role overview
Follow the situation of national and international security and population protection events related to Switzerland.
Evaluate, condense information and create situational products for the operational and political-strategic stage.
Lead the Situation Centre during missions and exercises.

Application process
- Provide second-level support for a central specialist application of the National Alarm Centre, together with other team members.
- Higher education degree at master level or equivalent education/experience, preferably in the field of security policy, international relations or related fields.
- Work experience in teams with a wide range of disciplines as well as the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way even for laypeople.
- Ability to make structured decisions in critical situations under time pressure and quickly implement solution-oriented measures.
- Experience in providing professional contributions for IT projects.
- Active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language and English
