Hirslanden Bern AG includes Klinik Beau-Site, the Salem Hospital and Klinik Permanence with a total of around 350 beds. Klinik Beau-Site offers an apprenticeship as a learner/housekeeping/hotel industry with training start on 1 August 2027. The Hirslanden Group offers you a diverse and exciting education. You will work in a team and be trained as an expert in various activities related to housekeeping.
YOUR TASKS
During your training, you carry out domestic activities professionally and independently according to economic and ecological aspects. With your work, you help our patients feel comfortable with us.
- You work in the areas of gastronomy, hospitality, laundry and cleaning
- You receive, advise and serve customers
- You clean and design rooms and facilities
- You perform work in the laundry cycle
- You put menus together, prepare them and distribute them
- You do administrative work
- You get to know the holistic hotel and catering business of Hirslanden Bern on the basis of different services
- You complete your theoretical training at the Vocational School (BFF) and supplement it with intercompany courses

- You have completed elementary school (secondary school or a good degree)
- You are interested in health care and enjoy working at home
- You have good manners as well as a strong hygiene awareness and sense of order
- You have a strong service idea
- You enjoy planning and organization
- You are motivated, reliable and sociable
- You have good knowledge of German in word and writing
- You are physically resilient
