- Fundierte Erfahrung in Testplanung, Qualitätsmetriken sowie im Management von Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von Testautomatisierung und End-to-End-Testing, idealerweise aus einer steuernden oder fachlich führenden Rolle heraus
- Vertrautheit mit SAFe und agilen sowie konventionellen Methoden sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, Systemarchitektur und Feature Teams
- Zertifizierungen im Testing, zum Beispiel ISTQB Advanced Level, oder im agilen Testing, zum Beispiel iSQI Certified Agile Tester, sind ein Plus
- Fähigkeit, dich rasch in komplexe technische und fachliche Themen einzuarbeiten, idealerweise im Finanz- oder Versicherungsumfeld
- Freude an Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation sowie daran, Menschen für Qualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu begeistern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
