- You ensure that our vehicles are delivered to our customers in the required quality, on time and economically.
- You develop processes, processes and resources continuously and thus create the basis for sustainable success
- Based on key figures, you identify potential for improvement and consistently implement optimizations
- Together with internal and external partners, you ensure a smooth process along the entire value chain and report directly to the Head of Stadler Service Switzerland
- Occupational safety, quality and environmental standards are your top priority at all times
- In short: You assume overall responsibility for production in Frauenfeld and together with your team ensure efficient processes, highest quality and sustainable success.
