Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for assortment management, operational goods business and regional procurement (purchasing and supplier management) of fruits and vegetables
- Further development of the regional range and implementation of the national category strategy
- Planning, implementation and controlling of activities, actions and sales support measures
- Ensuring the flow of information to internal and external contacts
- Active controlling, market monitoring and recognition of relevant market trends Requirements
- Sound experience in product management or purchasing: in the food industry
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): further training in business administration, marketing or purchasing
- Solution-oriented, flexible and resilient personality with a strong team spirit
