Role overview
Actively shape and further develop the products and market services responsible in the business unit (e.g.
managed middleware, application management, service levels, legacy middleware and surcharges for non-standard technologies) Participate and support the management and continuous development of the overall solution "Operation Specialist Applications" Coordinate and ensure the operation of around 200 components in over 400 individual customer applications Maintain domestic and external customer relationships and ensure representation in relevant internal BIT committees Tasks such as Managed Services PostgreSQL, MS SQL and DBaaS MS SQL as well as the business owner of relevant
- Support and promote tasks (RTE consultancy, architecture and portfolio alignment, initiation of projects) Higher degree in computer science or business informatics (or equivalent) and at least five years of professional experience in comparable roles (e.g.
product owner, project manager or programme manager) In-depth knowledge of Managed Middleware, Application Management, Service Level Management, Legacy Middleware and database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL and DBaaS MS SQL Strong business competences with in-depth computer science knowledge and proven experience in agile methods and in the management of agile teams as well as existing competence for address-oriented mediation of professional contexts, strategic goals and complex content Different as a team-oriented personality
- Bringing requirements together, mediating between stakeholders Active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
