Define requirements for the further development of modern ICT solutions on the Remedy platform and actively shape their implementation Combining safety, functionality, quality and cost-effectiveness into holistic, sustainable solutions Develop well-founded solution and decision bases for the implementation of innovative ITSM processes and functions Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of complex ICT solutions and ensure that technological innovation also convinces business management University degree in computer science or business informatics or comparable basic education with several years of professional experience in the IT service management environment Ability to capture complex IT issues in a structured manner, to analyze them in depth and to develop convincing customer solutions for the ITSM platform from them Deep understanding of IT service management coupled with broad technology knowledge Communicative nature, a high level of abstraction and analysis as well as a solution-oriented, strategic and methodical thinking – ideally with knowledge of ITIL Knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
