As PMO Lead Ready to Eat & Bread, you will play a central role in the implementation of strategic projects at Migros Supermarkt AG.

- Coordination of sub-projects, meetings, stakeholders and next steps
- Several years of professional experience: in a comparable function in a PMO or project environment – preferably in a management consultancy
- Completed studies (university/ETH, FH, HF): Further training in the field of project management or business administration is an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Support of the overall project management in the planning, management and implementation of projects in the areas of ready-to-eat and bread/pastries
- Coordination of sub-projects, meetings, stakeholders and next steps
- Preparation of reports, decision-making bases and project documentation for management
- Ensuring transparency about progress, deadlines, risks and open points
- Participation in business cases as well as in the establishment of structure, standards and a consistent approach in the project
Key requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in a comparable function in a PMO or project environment – preferably in a management consultancy
- Completed studies (university/ETH, FH, HF): Further training in the field of project management or business administration is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills in combination with entrepreneurial and implementation-oriented thinking and acting
- Strong ability to professionally prepare and present documents that are appropriate for the target group and relevant to decision-making at management and board level
- Ability to communicate and present successfully on different levels
