YOUR SCOPE

• Need- and customer-oriented care and care of patients according to the care process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Competent and individual care of our patients taking into account our nursing mission statement as well as independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor
• Identification and control of emergency situations and initiation of adequate measures until the arrival of the doctor
• Assuming responsibility for the correct patient documentation and information sharing in the assigned task area
• Introduction and supervision of new employees, learners and students

REQUIRED TRAINING

• Completed training for/for dipl. Nursing professional or equivalent SRC recognition for foreign degrees

Previous experience

• Professional experience in acute care and orthopaedic experience

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience and high organisational talent
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing (certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social skills and strong empathy
• Teamwork and ability to guide employees
