- Care of patients within the framework of the specialist competences in cooperation with the qualified nursing staff
- Independent management of various tasks from administration, logistics and housekeeping
- Share responsibility for a high quality of care and active participation in the continuous improvement process
- Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interprofessional support team
