  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un master en gestion d'entreprise, psychologie, sciences du travail / sociales ou dans un domaine comparable. Vous disposez en outre d'expérience en gestion de projet, conseil et coaching, ainsi que de connaissances en insertion professionnelle, réorientation, réintégration, perte d'emploi, convention collective (CCT) et offices régionaux de placement (ORP).

  • As Jobcenter Manager, you assume overall responsibility for supporting employees after losing their position, from prevention to the end of professional reorientation, including hierarchical and disciplinary conduct at the Jobcenter, in close collaboration with the advisors.
  • As a product and process manager, you lead the professional reorientation on a technical level, ensure good coordination with advisors, equal treatment of employees and lasting support during the job search until the solution found.
  • You conduct interviews and make demanding personnel decisions in a respectful and professional manner, including critical feedback as well as handling complex employment law situations, up to and including contract termination.
  • In collaboration with the line, you coordinate internal temporary assignments, conduct situational interviews and ensure that employees are assigned in a relevant manner and integrated into the CFF during the job search.
