• You take responsibility for a holistic, professionally sound care and accompany our patients with commitment and heart.
• As the leader of a care group, you lead your team of FaGe, nursing assistants, students and learners with an overview, team spirit and sensitivity.
• You control the care process – supported by our digital clinic information system – and ensure precise, comprehensible documentation
• Together with the team, you continue to think about care: You bring in ideas, actively shape processes and constantly develop the quality
• As a mentor: you accompany and promote students and learners on their way to the nursing profession

You need this to be successful

• You have completed training as a dipl. Nurse HF/FH or a degree recognised by the SRC.
