- Professional, personnel and organizational management of a specialist group of surgical care with a focus on hybrid, cardiac, vascular and thoracic surgery
- Ensuring smooth operation as well as active cooperation in complex cardiac and vascular surgery procedures
- Co-creation and further development of modern surgical processes, quality standards and innovative technologies
- Responsibility for planning, coordination and close interprofessional cooperation with all relevant specialist areas
- Promotion of a positive team culture as well as support for the professional development of employees DEIN PROFIL
- Training as a Dipl.
- Professional surgical technology HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Several years of professional experience in cardiac surgery, in hybrid surgery or a comparable highly specialized environment
- Leadership experience or willingness to develop further in the field of leadership and management
- High professional, organizational and communication competence with a pronounced sense of quality and responsibility
