Role overview

Managing and optimizing application management processes

• Interdepartmental processes with departments, IT Operations and security to integrate new applications, outsourcing operations and for the purposes of the same year, Monitoring and Incident Analysis
• Ensure the Scrum Master role in the work team "Seamless Integration"
• Training and consulting departments on quality-relevant topics
• Defining and developing IT standards, guidelines and best practices
• Requisiti
• Completed studies in computer science, business information technology, Engineering (HF/FH) or comparable qualifications with appropriate practical experience and at least 3–5 years of experience in the operation and management of specialized applications, preferably in public administration
• Good knowledge of Windows and/or Linux platforms for customer applications, as well as strong analytical skills and structured working methods
• Well-founded knowledge of the Scrum methodology, the SAFe-Frameworks and quality management methods (e.g. B. ISO 9001 ITIL or CIMI)
• Experience in application management, especially in the areas of change, release, incident and configuration management
• Active knowledge of a second official language and good English skills are of benefit
