Company and context

• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for assigned organizational units
• Support of change and transformation projects as well as participation in cadre events
• Further development and implementation of HR processes, guidelines and standards
• Completed studies in the field of Human Resources and Business Administration at the level of Higher School, College or University (Federal Faculty of Advantage)
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner
• High consulting competence, communication strength and empathy
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language
