This is what awaits you: In this position as team leader: you lead a team in the Under Papers, which is responsible for the active processing and further development of the demanding and exciting SME business in the market region of Western Switzerland.
This is what you do with us: In this function you lead a team with 5 SME consultants in the market region of Western Switzerland in person and in a professional manner.
You set clear goals, regularly give feedback, support your employees in a targeted manner and accompany them in everyday life.

- Höhere versicherungsspezifische Weiterbildung (FA/HFV) oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni, FH oder HF)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Risikoprüfung im KMU-Geschäft sowie Verkaufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebsversicherungen
Key requirements
- Höhere versicherungsspezifische Weiterbildung (FA/HFV) oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Uni, FH oder HF)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Risikoprüfung im KMU-Geschäft sowie Verkaufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebsversicherungen
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und in der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Engagierte, kommunikative und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
- Bereitschaft zum Reisen und ortsunabhängigen Arbeiten
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
