Role overview
You take the overall responsibility for our AI & Machine Learning area – strategic, operational and financial.
- You develop the business in a targeted manner – with a clear focus on market success and profitability (Break-even 2027) - You actively promote the acquisition of third-party orders and build new customer relationships - You use your network in the area of Swiss Army, VBS, Authorities & Public Security - You successfully position our services in the market – together with Sales & Partners - You lead a young, ambitious team: motivating, clear, binding – and also with the necessary push-back when needed - You meet decisions and set priorities – even if it becomes uncomfortable - You develop our AI/ML portfolio and recognize opportunities early - You make sure we deliver: in time, quality and budget
- Successful track record in building business fields or services (ideally in the Tech/AI environment) - Experience in the acquisition of customer projects and in the construction of sales - A resilient network in the Swiss Public/Defence environment (VBS, Army, Authorities, etc.) - Leadership experience – you can lead teams, develop and show clear edge at the same time - You are not an administrator, but a creator with entrepreneurial mindset - Good understanding of AI / Machine Learning (you don't need to be a Data Scientist, but know what it's about) - ability to balance between innovation and economic reality - Very good German and English skills
