• You are responsible for the telephone, electronic and written receipt of customer needs regarding financial services. These needs range from financial and purchasing requests to support and handling of systems (SAP R3 & S4, ARIBA and more).
• Your area of responsibility includes professional advice and processing of all 1st-level services from various financial sectors in connection with customers, suppliers and internal partners within the agreed service hours.
• In this position, you are responsible for receiving and handling customer complaints regarding the services of the Shared Service Organization Finance and Purchasing.
• You will contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of service delivery, lead times and collaboration both within the front desk team and with the back office.

• You have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills as well as an authentic, professional and polite manner. You also work in a team under pressure and deal with difficult communication partners. You quickly identify problems and offer customer-oriented solutions.
• Ideally, you will bring experience in customer communication and interaction (e.g. customer service center or hotline). Your affinity in the application of different IT applications optimally complements your profile.
• You have completed a commercial education or are currently a student (uni, FH, etc.).
• Negotiable German skills are a prerequisite. In French and/or Italian you can easily understand (level B2).
