- You know the Swiss labour market, have experience in application or job coaching and know what is important for a successful reintegration into the first labour market?

- You will conduct individual consultations with participants for professional reintegration
- You support the participants in the development of a realistic and labour market-oriented reintegration strategy
- You accompany the participants in the workspace in their application activities and promote their independence and self-initiative in the job search process
- You support in the creation and optimization of CVs and other application documents
