We have modern, integrated care structures such as emergency triage, station equivalent mobile acute care, integrative psychiatric care, social psychiatric and psychotherapeutic outpatients at 4 locations with special offers, as well as rehabilitation day clinic, acute day clinic, old-age psychiatry with ambulatory and day clinic and an inpatient offer with 34 beds in the Langenthal hospital.
We have the SIWF recognition as a training institution of category A for 3 years, both outpatient and inpatient.

Main responsibilities

- With your open and initiative personality, you acquire and maintain a network of partner companies and other specialist offices. Requirements
- In addition to several years of proven professional experience in integration management, you have a tertiary degree in social work, social education, psychology or nursing as well as further training in coaching, social insurance and employment law.
- They have a good understanding of health-related limitations and possible effects on a work activity.
- They are well versed in dealing with different hierarchical levels and industries.
- Complement fluent German language skills as well as good oral and written language
