Your responsibilities
Your tasks – versatile and effective!
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring and further developing the training quality on the stations.
- You accompany FaGe learners or HF students individually in their learning processes and take over
their qualifications.
- You participate in the introduction of the apprentices and accompany them on their way into everyday work.
- You approach educational topics proactively, bring your own ideas and develop the training quality
Continue actively.
- You take on administrative tasks around the training.
- You support the training officer in everyday practice with the learning process support as well as with professional and organizational questions about training.

- Completed training as FaGe / nurse HF/FH
- Knowledge of educational topics and organisations in the Swiss healthcare sector
