YOUR TASKS
- You are jointly responsible for a smooth and professional process at the main reception of the St. Anna Clinic
- You support the management of Réception & Guest Relations in the professional and personnel management of around 13 employees and take over the representation during absences
- You work regularly in the services at the reception and are present in the day-to-day operations
- You support the management of Réception & Guest Relations in team organization, planning and implementation of team meetings and projects
- You are actively involved in the continuous development of the structure and process organization of the Réception & Guest Relations department
- You take care of the management of the car park and the external parking spaces
Your profile
- You have leadership and professional experience in the upscale 4- or 5-star hotel industry. Experience in the hospital or clinic environment is an advantage
- You are a front-oriented, conceptually strong, contact- and communication-competent personality and have a commercial education as well as min. 3 years of professional experience
- Even in hectic situations, you stay calm, friendly and solution-oriented
- You have good oral and written English skills as well as knowledge in mind. another national language. Italian is an advantage
- You bring in-depth MS Office knowledge and are open to getting to know more programs
