In your area of competence, you plan and organize the everyday life of our residents and ensure a holistic and individual care and professional care.
You also ensure correct electronic care documentation and apply the RAI system according to the care standards.
As an important contact person, you support our residents and their relatives.
You take responsibility for the planning and implementation of daily care and care processes.
Furthermore, the delivery of prescribed medicines and other medical and administrative activities are your main tasks.
Requirements
- Training at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, ACP, PsyKP, KWS) or at upper secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, betakeeper:in, nursing:in, etc.)
