The compact and practical training is individually tailored to you.

Within 12-18 months you will be comprehensively prepared for your future deputy leadership role.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer-oriented management of the branch and an area
  • Responsibility for the freshness, quality and availability of the products
  • Responsibility for the leadership and development of the area managers, department heads and employees as well as for the promotion of young talent Achieving sales and cost targets
  • Ensuring the defined processes in your area Requisiti
  • Completed basic or further training: in retail or an equivalent training Enthusiasm for the retail trade
  • You want to take responsibility and can already demonstrate initial management experience Enjoy leading and Promoting employees
  • Strong customer orientation and convincing appearance Commitment, resilience and flexibility
  • High social skills, team spirit and sociability Good PC skills
