- What do we want from you?
- Within the Customer Service Department of the House, you will accompany the Customer Service Manager and the 3 Project Managers in their daily missions.
- From content creation to needs collection to user data analysis, you will coordinate the various improvements with the Customer Service teams of the world regions (US, Asia, Europe, Japan, Middle East) and with the support of the project manager.
- You will strengthen the customer experience, through the improvement of digital solutions in collaboration with the various teams internally (customer, commercial, digital) and externally (digital agency).
- You will guarantee the planning and facilitation of meetings with the internal teams, the newsletter sent quarterly to promote the Customer Service team within the House.
