• As a driving force in our ongoing change management process, you actively shape the future of care
• You lead cross-sectoral projects in the area of care and support from planning to successful implementation
• With your strong communication strength, you win employees for new ideas and ensure a smooth project progression
• You make the added value of digitalization tangible for our employees in everyday work
• You prepare technical content and decision-making basis for different stakeholders
• Through your in-depth expertise and your pronounced methodological competence in managing projects, you enrich the digitalization team

• You have several years of experience in managing projects and bring them specifically into our projects
• You are familiar with change management, business key figures and customer-centred methods
