As the first point of contact for our emergency patients and their relatives, you play a central role and ensure the administrative handling.
- You are responsible for patient admission, case data management and administrative post-processing of patient data (personal data, insurance).
- You accept telephone inquiries and schedule patient appointments.
- You are responsible for performance control, timely reporting and clarification of insurance inquiries.

- You have a basic commercial training or comparable training in the medical sector (pharmaceutical assistant, MPA) with several years of professional experience in a comparable capacity.
- A quick comprehension as well as a self-responsible and quality-conscious working method characterizes you.
- You maintain a respectful and professional approach to people and keep calm and overview even in hectic situations.
- Working with people gives you pleasure and your motivated and committed nature complements teamwork optimally.
- We presuppose style-confident German, good oral French skills as well as very good IT user knowledge.
