Description of post

• Conduct various administrative and organisational assistance tasks (agenda holders, correspondence and other minutes)
• Advise our customers and employees in several languages and seek constructive and quick solutions to their solutions (face-to-face and telephone)
• Planning and organizing different meetings and assistance for business events
• Processing of orders and writing of tenders, accounting for incoming payments and other invoices, supervision and negotiation of delivery dates, monitoring of customs formalities and billing documents
• Support the various departments in which you will work during your internships

Profile

• Compulsory education completed and aged between 15 and 25
• Be autonomous, reliable and proactive

Qualifications

• To be organised, cooperative, open, motivated to learn and discover different fields within our company
• Have taste for administrative tasks, computer work and numbers

Languages

• Be native French speaking with good German knowledge
