In the “Process Damage” department, you are actively shaping the future of furniture claims processing.

In this role, you combine technical know-how in the claims process with a business and IT perspective and ensure that our processes become more efficient, digital and customer-oriented. This is what you do with us:

Key requirements

  • Höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik
  • Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Product Owner oder Requirements Engineer
  • Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche, vorzugsweise in der Schadenregulierung
  • Agiles Mindset und Bereitschaft, in unserer nach SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) gestalteten Organisation zu arbeiten – sowohl vor Ort als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Offshore-Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und lösungsorientierte Ergebnisse zu erarbeiten
  • Souveränes Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen in Business und IT
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Strong ability to identify complex relationships and develop solution-oriented results
  • Sovereign appearance in dealing with different stakeholders in business and IT
