- Overall responsibility for technical operation within the FM mandate
- Management and coordination of technical departments, in particular: HVAC, Electrical, SIBE / Security, External specialist companies
- Professional and operational management as well as coordination of employees and partners
- Ensuring trouble-free, safe and efficient operation of technical installations
- Planning, control and monitoring of maintenance, maintenance and technical interventions
- Monitoring of technical installations and ensuring high plant availability
- Coordination and control of external specialist companies and service partners
- Planning and support of technical projects, conversions and optimization measures
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, safety-relevant and customer-specific requirements
- Analysis of incidents and technical problems and initiation of appropriate measures
- Responsibility for technical documentation and its timeliness
- Preparation of regular technical reports, KPI evaluations and management reports
- Analysis of key figures and derivation of concrete improvement measures
- Preparation and implementation of customer meetings and technical reviews
- Proactive communication with the customer about operations, disruptions, measures, risks and optimization potential
- Advising the customer on technical issues and further development of the technical operating concept
- Ensuring transparent communication between customers, FM providers, employees and external partners
- Continuous optimization of quality, cost, energy efficiency and plant availability Your profile
- Technical training in HVAC, electrical, building technology or equivalent
- Further training at the level of technician HF, engineer FH or comparable qualification is advantageous
- Further training as a security officer (SiBe) is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a comparable technical leadership position in facility management, building technology or technical operation
- Experience in the management and coordination of various technical disciplines
- In-depth knowledge in several areas of building technology, in particular HVAC and electrical engineering
- Experience in cooperation and management of external specialist companies and technical service providers
- Experience in leadership or Coordination of technical teams
- Good knowledge of maintenance, maintenance and technical plant operations
- Experience with KPI management, reporting and technical documentation
- Very good communication skills and professional approach to demanding customers
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues in an understandable and user-friendly manner
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong customer and service orientation
