- You prioritize disruptions, support complex technical challenges and ensure a sustainable and future-oriented maintenance strategy.
- You initiate and lead optimization and investment projects and continuously improve plant performance.
- You are responsible for the economic use of resources, participate in budget and investment planning and manage external partners professionally. Requirements
- Several years of experience: in industrial maintenance and ideally management experience in a production environment.
- Completed basic or further training: in the field of mechanics as well as further training as technician HF, maintenance specialist, process specialist or a comparable qualification.
- You convince through strong leadership and social skills, decision-making strength and entrepreneurial thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and industrial production facilities;
- Knowledge of SAP PM is an advantage.
