Main responsibilities
- In cooperation with the head of the department and another team management, you take over the management of the ambulatorium with 20 treatment stations and around 28 employees.
- Its core task is to fulfill the performance mandate and the targets.
- As team leader, you take over the professional and personnel leadership of several employees of different professional groups of the care team.
- They look after and care for patients and their relatives from the point of view of patient- and family-centered care and carry out plasmapheresis and stem cell collections.
- The coordination and planning of the processes in the ambulatorium complement your range of tasks
- Through your far-sighted and reflective personality, you are actively involved in various projects and are significantly involved in their implementation. Requirements
- You have completed basic training as a nurse HF/FH with some years of professional experience, management experience.
- Experience already gained in the hematological and/or oncological field is advantageous
- You are a resilient, flexible and capable person with a high level of technical and social competence
- As an initiative personality, you bring a high level of service and quality awareness as well as good expressive and communication skills
