- You have a degree in nursing at Bachelor's or Master's level and have a sound professional experience in clinical practice
- They have at least an active Epic certification, ideally in the ClinDoc module, and bring with them a well-founded knowledge of clinical information systems and digital technologies

- You have experience in strategy, organizational or transformation work and are confident in the working methods of the agile and complex stakeholder structures
- You think analytically, communicate convincingly and combine clinical requirements with digitalization and innovation.
