Main responsibilities
- You pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables and bread and say Food Waste with far-sighted orders the fight
- Fresh products and of course all other goods order, accept, check and fill in the shelves in your store
- correctly implement specifications in the store layout
- check minimum durability data in the product group Freshness
- As a representative to guide, promote and carry employees – and be an example
- As a representative, take responsibility for the figures – with regard to turnover, personnel costs and inventory
Key requirements
- Three or more years of professional experience: in retail trade as specialist, branch or rayon management advantage
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EBA): in retail trade (food) or related professional genre would be ideal - joy in fresh products and ideally already professional experience with it
- Physically fit, some Colis are up to 10 kilos difficult

- Geschick bei der Planung und Organisation von Aufgaben und ein Flair für das Interpretieren von Kennzahlen
- Vertraut mit PC, Tablet und Smartphone - und mit anderen digitalen Helfern (z.B. für die Warenbewirtschaftung) freundest du dich schnell an Deutsch (sehr gute Kenntnisse)
