- As the Site Strategy Officer, this role acts as the architect of the organization's most critical strategic evolution: the transformation of its global external ecosystem.

- Manages the development and implementation process of a legal entity 6221’s strategy, synchronizing the strategy with the global sites organization.
- Runs the annual site strategy exercise within the Leadership Team (LT) and drives the core agenda of the leadership meeting.
- Synchronizes site-level functions by aligning with the overarching global corporate objectives. Ecosystem and Stakeholder Engagement
- Manages relationships with Indian ecosystem trade and industry bodies, as well as the global sites ecosystem.
- Acts as an ecosystem partner with Roche commercial affiliates in India.
- Executes a program strategy leveraging deep market insights to drive cost efficiencies in the site and transition the site toward a high-performance digital delivery model.
- Acts as the primary liaison for the leadership team, preparing briefings and influencing senior decision-makers to remove critical project roadblocks. Operating Model and Governance
