The Valais site specialises in the rail (train, metro), aviation and machinery sectors. We are looking for our internal sales sector of the A&T (Airspace and Transportation) business unit in Sierre:
Connected directly with Inside Sales, you will play a central role within the organization by working closely with Supply Chain A&T. Your main mission will be to support Supply Chain Manager in its day-to-day operations. This includes analysis of different databases, updating and monitoring of factory performance indicators, and the development of tools to improve the quality of customer service.
You will also participate in the creation, optimization and implementation of new operational flows, while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. Through your cross-sectional position, you will actively contribute to the reliability of processes and continuous improvement within the company:
- A true interface between Inside Sales and Supply Chain, the person must ensure complete follow-up between the two services.
- Production start-up and monitoring/emergency
- Knowledge and knowledge of Excel, Power Query, VBA, Power BI, Power Automation, SAP...
- Analysis of complex processes, with a sense of priorities developed
- Bachelor and/or Master in Supply Chain, Economics or Engineer specializing in Operations Management
- Mastering MS Office computing tools mainly advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, database management tools (ETL)
- Initiative and anticipation as well as good oral communication and relational ease at any hierarchical level
