- Ensure operational excellence, clear objectives, coaching and monitoring of team performance;
- Be responsible for the proper management of the S process;
- Ensure proper stock management/--Write off-- RD, and challenge decisions that have an impact on stock level, destruction, and stock of used instruments;
- Be a guarantor of compliance with the objectives and rules of the instruments;
- Ensure the proper management of the installed equipment base;
- Be responsible for inventory activity and control of stock movements, participate in field audits and controls (KPMG, ICFR, AFA, ...).
Key requirements
- Experience confirmed in team management (ideally 7-10 years).

- Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory control & S , forecasting and instrument planning Master data management Excellent written and oral communication Analysis and synthesis capacity Systemic and strategic thinking Complexity management Mastering the concepts of agility Mastery of IT tools SAP, Excel Business and finance acumen Supply Chain Process Control;
