Focus: Diagnosis and treatment in adult psychiatry PBL
For the open-guided station F2 "Integrated Treatment", we are looking for a committed personality who appreciates a modern evidence-based work in a patient-centered clinic. Our new operating model enables VSAO-oriented service planning and a significant reduction in bureaucracy in clinical everyday life. We are guided by the FMH requirements for professional ethics and quality assurance.
Their tasks
- Medical responsibility: You assume overall medical responsibility for diagnosis and treatment and lead a multi-professional treatment team.
- Clinical expertise: You are responsible for the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessment, the indication as well as the planning, implementation and evaluation of individual treatments.
- Integrated treatment: They design coordinated, multi-stage treatment and promote seamless transitions between inpatient, day-to-day, outpatient and outreach services.
- Pass on knowledge: They accompany and promote assistant doctors and psychologists in their professional development.
- Shaping the future: Develop together with your managers and the multi-professional team They advance treatment concepts, provide new impetus and ensure their implementation in clinical everyday life.
Your profile
- Completed medical studies and MEBEKO-approved medical qualification
- Specialist title for psychiatry and psychotherapy or shortly before its acquisition
- Enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and understanding of different professional perspectives as enrichment
- Interest in innovative, patient-centred care models and the further development of psychiatric treatment services
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working, quick comprehension and the ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations
- Clear, appreciative and addressable communication as well as very good knowledge of German
