- Responsibility for the creation and review of tax returns, as well as the assessment of tax implications of legal persons.
- Active role in fiscal final planning, including calculation and assessment of tax provisions. - independent processing of complex questions in the field of corporate tax and tax compliance.
- Completed training in the tax sector (e.g. trust, university, university) or basic commercial training with sound training. - +Ca. 5 years of practical experience in the tax declaration and tax compliance of legal persons, preferably in a consulting, trust or industrial environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
Main responsibilities
- Responsibility for the creation and review of tax returns, as well as the assessment of tax implications of legal persons.
- Active role in fiscal final planning, including calculation and assessment of tax provisions. - independent processing of complex questions in the field of corporate tax and tax compliance.
- Professional cooperation in corporate structures, reorganisations, transactions and tax planning projects.
- Ensuring a high-quality, timely and regular tax compliance with current legislation.
- Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as punctual technical support for less experienced team members.
Key requirements
- Completed training in the tax sector (e.g. trust, university, university) or basic commercial training with sound training. - +Ca. 5 years of practical experience in the tax declaration and tax compliance of legal persons, preferably in a consulting, trust or industrial environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
- Very good understanding of tax relationships as well as ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and to implement them pragmatically.
- High self-responsibility, quality awareness and safe occurrence towards customers and tax authorities. Very good MS Office knowledge;
- Experience with control software and digital compliance processes of advantage.
