In order to drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated scientist QC(a) (80 - 100%).
Their tasks
- Independent analysis of starting materials for GMP synthesis and peptide- and oligonucleotide-based active ingredients
- Evaluation, interpretation and GMP-compliant documentation of analysis data
- Use of spectroscopic methods for quantification, characterisation and stability testing of samples
- Development, optimization and implementation of analysis methods
- Critical evaluation and plausibility checking of analytical results
- Perform routine analyses in compliance with GMP guidelines
- Self-responsible processing of project tasks and support of analytical devices
- Ensuring a smooth measurement service and coordination of analysis orders
- Preparation of development reports, SOPs and analysis instructions
- Active support for analysis and development projects as well as continuous development of the working environment and processes
Your profile
- Completed studies or doctorates in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or a comparable discipline
- Experience in the analytical investigation of peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides or related biomolecules
- In-depth knowledge in NMR spectroscopy for the analysis and characterization of biomolecules
- Ideally, additional expertise in further spectroscopic, biophysical or analytical methods
- First professional or project experience in pharmaceutical analytics, biophysical characterization or method development of advantage
- Experience in the GMP-regulated environment as well as in dealing with quality-relevant processes is desirable
- Practical knowledge in techniques such as SEC-MALS, DLS, ThT assay, CD, SEM or rheometry is advantageous
- Experience in the evaluation of analytical data as well as in dealing with corresponding specialist software
- Structured, quality-conscious and independent working method combined with analytical thinking skills and pleasure in complex questions
- Open, communication-strong and team-oriented personality with an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and the active participation of a growing field
