Overview
If you are a computer scientist and don't just want to write code in the basement, but also want to see products in use and actively promote the company in the market, then this is the right position for you. When working at our customers' sites, you will learn first-hand how and where our products are used. You will see the daily challenges and master them together with our customers. Since the work with us is very individual and our employees do not simply fit into a template (and, we also do not want anyone who can be pressed into a template), we are happy to welcome specialists, but also graduates directly from HF, FH, University. For the German-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for you as a computer scientist in the field.
Your tasks
- Carrying out installations and migrations of our access control systems at our customers' sites
- Coordination of customer IT in the project and service business together with our project managers
- Implementation of customer training courses
- Software support for our hardware technicians or partners in the commissioning of our access systems
- Support and/or improvement of supporting tools/scripts to simplify activities
- For this task, you will work up to 50% in the field within Switzerland (driving licence required).
Your profile
- You solve problems independently and proactively share your acquired knowledge with the entire team
- Willingness to develop personally and take on responsibility
- You adapt easily to new situations and are open to new technologies and tools
- Computer scientist EFZ, computer scientist HF, BSc. in computer science or comparable profile
- Good knowledge of network infrastructure and communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Server operating systems and PowerShell
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Excellent knowledge of German and good English, both written and spoken.
