The Clinic Rheumatology and Pain Medicine is the largest clinic of its kind in northwestern Switzerland. We work closely interdisciplinary with the clinics Spinal Surgery, University Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, Rehabilitation and Neurology. Our MPA team is looking for a medical assistant (50%) immediately or by appointment. As part of the centralization of our clinics, we are looking for flexible personalities who enjoy varied activities and versatile assignments in our ambulatories.
Their tasks
- Reception of patients in the ambulatory and telephone triage
- Organisation, coordination and preparation of consultation hours (scheduling of appointments, opening of cases, obtaining documents, etc.)
- Assistance in osteoporosis consultation hours (bone density measurements)
- Preparation, independent implementation and monitoring of infusions and injections in the ambulatory
- Assistance in sonography-controlled joint and soft tissue infiltrations
- Assistance in X-ray-controlled spinal column infiltrations in the intervention room
- Preparation and monitoring of patients in the IMC
- Postal and e-mail processing and telephone inquiries
- General administrative tasks
- Special delegated tasks
