Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization, coordination, and leadership of Acute Geriatrics
• Involved in personnel management, development, and planning
• Involved in managing the training, personnel, and operational budget and ensuring their adherence
• You care for and support our patients competently within an interdisciplinary treatment team
• You take responsibility and guide the care process for your assigned patients
• You take on daily and specialist responsibility, are an active reference person for our patients
• You actively participate in the practical training of nursing students and trainees
• Requirements
• You hold a recognized diploma in Switzerland in nursing at tertiary level (HF / FH) and already have first professional experiences in an acute hospital in Switzerland
• You are willing to apply nursing diagnostics practically with the help of electronic patient documentation
• You are characterized by a warm and humorous basic attitude and secure communication with our patients in German (spoken and written) What We Offer
