- Tour of the fitness team
- Determination of shift and work planning incl. Controlling (MAPS)
- 1 – 3 years of experience: in a similar position as well as in consultation
- Complete basic or advanced training: As a fitness instructor (or sports instructorin ESSM, gym or sports instructorin with diploma)
Main responsibilities
- Tour of the fitness team
- Determination of shift and work planning incl. Controlling (MAPS)
- Ensuring the expertise and responsibilities of the fitness team, hygiene on the training areas and emergency management
- Acquisition of new employees, including incorporation planning and trial time interview
- You teach personal training and guide short abdominal and back training units
Key requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience: in a similar position as well as in consultation
- Complete basic or advanced training: As a fitness instructor (or sports instructorin ESSM, gym or sports instructorin with diploma)
- You bring flair and joy in leading a medium-sized team (8-12 employees) You have a valid BLS/AED ID
- You have a high degree of flexibility in terms of deployment planning (7 days of shift operation, working hours between 6:30 am
- 22:00 pm, regular weekend expenses and holiday operations)
- You have high social competence, strong communication skills
