Role overview

Tasks

• Operation, monitoring, setting up and upgrading of machines and production lines for the production and packaging of chocolate and chocolate articles
• Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Technical support and guidance of the assigned employees
• Conducting quality controls and initiating measures in the event of deviations and active cooperation in the continuous improvement process
• Detecting and repairing of faults and supporting the technical service in the event of revisions Requirements
• Basic training in the area of food or in the

technical field (e.g. food technologist, baker, pastry maker, as well as messenger, but also mechanic, printer, paper technologist, in)

• Technical understanding and experience in dealing with modern plant control systems as well as SAP and MES systems of advantage
