- Als ICT-Fachmann:frau bei Roche bist du verantwortlich für die Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Tablets und Mobiltelefonen und stellst sicher, dass diese ordnungsgemäss und sicher funktionieren.
- Du bist auch zuständig für den Anschluss von Peripheriegeräten wie Notebooks und Drucker an die Netzwerkinfrastruktur und löst auftretende Störungen.
- Im IT-Support arbeitest du eng mit den Endbenutzern zusammen und berätst sie bei der optimalen Nutzung von ICT-Systemen und -Werkzeugen.
- Bei auftretenden Problemen analysierst du diese gründlich und arbeitest eng mit anderen Spezialisten zusammen, um passende Lösungen zu finden.
- Darüber hinaus übernimmst du administrative Aufgaben wie ICT-Bestellungen und unterstützt Kunden beim Beschaffungsprozess von ICT-Geräten. Die Ausbildung
- Zu Beginn deiner dreijährigen Lehre als ICT-Fachmann / ICT-Fachfrau EFZ lernst Du zunächst in der Werkschule die Computer- und Netzwerk-Grundlagen kennen.
- Nach einer Einführung in die Roche IT-Umgebung kannst du bereits erste Aufgaben im IT Support übernehmen.
- Du lernst wie man in Service Teams arbeitet und wirst im Laufe der Lehrzeit praktische Erfahrung in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche sammeln:
